Refund Policy
When fees for the WeDPO Compliance Scanner are refundable, and how to cancel or request a refund.

Entero Strategies Ltd., trading as "WeDPO" (the "Company", "we", "us" or "our"), provides the WeDPO Compliance Scanner at scanner.wedpo.com (the "Service") on a self-service basis. This Refund Policy explains when fees are refundable, when they are not, and how to cancel a subscription or request a refund. It forms part of, and should be read with, the Scanner Terms of Service.
In summary: you can cancel a subscription at any time to stop future renewals; fees for a billing period that has already started are generally non-refundable; credits are non-refundable once used; and your mandatory statutory rights, including any right of withdrawal for digital purchases, are preserved.
1. Merchant of record
We sell access to the Service through our third party payment processor, which processes payments, issues invoices, collects and remits applicable sales tax or VAT, and handles payment queries, refunds and chargebacks. Your purchase is also subject to such payment processor’s terms presented at checkout. Where you are entitled to a refund under this Refund Policy or under Applicable Law, the refund is processed by such a payment processor.
2. General principle
The Service is a digital service that is made available to you immediately. Except where this Refund Policy or a mandatory rule of Applicable Law provides otherwise, fees are non-refundable once the relevant Service has been made available to you. In particular, we do not provide refunds for subscription periods that have already begun, for credits that have been used to run a Scan, or for reports that have already been generated and delivered.
3. Subscriptions
3.1 Cancellation
You may cancel a subscription at any time through your account. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period, and the subscription then ends. We do not provide a pro-rata refund for the remainder of a billing period that has already started, except where required by Applicable Law.
3.2 Annual subscriptions
Annual subscriptions benefit from a discount of ten per cent (10%) on the equivalent monthly rate. Once an annual term has started, the fees for that term are non-refundable on voluntary cancellation, except where required by Applicable Law or where this Refund Policy provides otherwise. Cancellation before the next renewal date prevents the subscription from renewing for a further term.
3.3 Renewals and price changes
Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price unless cancelled before the renewal date. Where the price has changed, the new price applies to renewals occurring after the change takes effect. If you do not accept a price change, you may cancel before the renewal date without being charged for the next term.
4. Credits (coming soon)
Credits are prepaid units purchased as one-off bundles. Once a Credit has been used to run a Scan, it is non-refundable. Unused Credits are non-refundable except where required by Applicable Law or under the right of withdrawal described in section 6. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, Credits expire twelve (12) months after purchase, have no cash value and are not transferable.
5. Failed or defective Scans
Where a Scan fails to generate, or a report is not delivered, for reasons within our reasonable control, your sole remedy is a free re-run of the Scan or, at our discretion, a refund of the specific fee or Credit applied to that Scan. This does not affect any mandatory statutory right.
6. Statutory right of withdrawal
Where you purchase the Service as a consumer, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen (14) days, for example under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, or the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.
Because the Service is digital and is made available immediately, the right of withdrawal for digital content and services may be lost once performance has begun. When you purchase the Service and access it immediately, you give your consent to immediate performance and to acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the Service has been supplied.
7. Free use
Where any part of the Service is offered free of charge, no fee is paid and no refund entitlement arises.
8. Termination for breach by the Company
If we materially breach our obligations under the Terms of Service and fail to remedy that breach within thirty (30) days of your written notice, you may stop using the Service and you are entitled to a pro-rata refund of any fees paid in advance for the period of the Service not yet provided. You are not entitled to a refund of fees for the Service already provided.
9. Termination for breach by the User
Where we suspend or terminate your access because of your material breach of the Terms of Service, including misuse of the Service or breach of the permitted-use conditions, no refund is payable, except where required by Applicable Law.
10. How to cancel or request a refund
You can cancel a subscription at any time through your account. To request a refund, contact us at billing@wedpo.com with your account email, the order or invoice reference, the amount claimed and the reason for the request. We will consider eligible requests in good faith and, where a refund is due, it will be processed by our third party payment processor, as per its terms of sale.
11. Governing law
This Refund Policy is governed by the same law and jurisdiction as the Terms of Service, namely the laws of Israel, except that nothing in this Refund Policy deprives you of the protection of any mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.
12. Changes to this Refund Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable prior notice through the Site or by email. The updated Refund Policy applies to purchases made on or after its effective date and does not affect refund entitlements that had already arisen under the prior version.
